Biking / Cycling
In the last few years Cyprus has taken off as a destination for cycling enthusiasts both as a place to enjoy the sport and as a means to explore the island. Cyprus has the perfect weather for cycling especially between the months of Oct-Apr when the temperature ranges between 15dC - 25dC. Unlike other Euro or Med countries, the strong headwinds that are a bane to cyclists, here are rare. Tourists are attracted from all around the world to cycle in the forests, villages, mountains and on the island’s roads. Cycling routes vary from extremely easy trails and roads to rough mountain biking up in the forests.
